QHHT North Wales I am a level 2 practioner in Dolores Cannons unique method of Quantam Healing Hypnosis .Introspective Hypnosis, Shamanic Hypnosis, Reiki energy healing

Quantum healing hypnosis technique is a unique way of accessing our intuition or higher self, perfected by the late Dolores Cannon over a period of over 40 years .I consider myself to simply be a facilitator who aids clients to find answers, which in turn helps them help themselves in all areas of their lives. I completed Level 2 In September 2016 . Previous to hypnosis I was a registered nurse for over 20 years but find this work much more rewarding and fullfilling for both clients and myself. We are going to be running yoga and meditation evenings at The Forge in our lovely log cabin starting next month.

Starting on the 16th March we will be kicking off a 4 month Delve Into Your Inner Consciousness programme with HarmonywithSarah and QHHT North Wales giving you the chance to explore your intuition, higher self, soul parts, past lives and much more! It's just £110 which includes 4 evenings at The Forge plus additional support and journaling between sessions.

We'll also be kicking off our Wild At Heart Women's Circle with Loving Life in Wellies on the 17th March which will begin with a movement session, with the rest of the evening to share, journal and set our intentions for the month ahead before finishing with a gentle candle gazing meditation. It costs just £18 per session with an optional £2 donation to plant a tree.
