I’m really keen to keep this class going in Corwen as I can see the real benefit it can have for so many people. This is for any age, any mobility level, and can be tailored to your needs. Those attending the class have experienced improvements in mobility, flexibility, strength, stress and pain reduction.

Please reach out if you are interested and want to find out more, and do spread the word if you know anyone who could benefit.

The class is 2.30-3.30pm on Thursdays at Llygadog, Clawdd Poncen. £5 / pay what you can.

Excited for the Goddess Garden Festival of Joy this weekend at Halkyn Castle Wood! Back to the season of festival massage! And what a place for it. Words can’t describe the magic of Spirit Horse, and it was an honour to be able to offer Ayurvedic yoga massage on such beautiful sacred land. As we March slowly into autumn 🍂 - we are excited about the beautiful changes we are going to see. The next months are a wonderful opportunity for movement. Be intentional and take time for yourself outside to walk, run, cycle, stretch, swim and just be in nature! Watch the trees gently shed, embrace the beautiful colours and enjoy another season.

The shift to cooler weather is an exciting marker of time, reflect on all you have achieved in the summer months, dwell on the positives.

We are taking time this week to identify our priorities for the next season, and one key priority is movement outdoors!
