has been suffering with chronic knee pain for years. There was a point a few months ago that she said that there was no way of her skiing again with her family due to her trepidation. I am absolutely over the moon to say that all her hard work has paid off. Knees and legs feeling strong 💪🏼

Over the passed 4 months we have been working hard on getting as strong as we can in all 3 planes on motions. getting her ankle joints, hips joints moving with better functionality and really working on her successful movements.

Congratulations to on her PB at Battersea park half marathon an incredible time of 1:22.46. She came into nova just 3 week previous was sever calf pain. With a structured treatment and rehab plan she was able to run it pain free and absolutely smash it. Now to build to the London marathon in a few weeks. 💪🏼 🏃🏽‍♀️ 🥇
