I had a beautiful Reiki client arrive for a session yesterday.

She arrived in pure, overflowing joy and I couldn’t help but smile. Not because joy is rare, but because she’s earned it. She’s journeyed with me through years of shadow work, courage and healing… and now she stands in the light with a heart that has survived the darkness.

This is what real transformation looks like, joy tastes so much sweeter when you have been brave enough to face the pain.

Grateful to have witnessed this full circle 💛

I’ve always believed that Yoga starts at home. For us, it’s mindful moments - where we breathe, move and connect as a family.
Zenmama was born out of my love for teaching Yoga to the whole family but it’s also how we live every day.

Our shared practice helps us honour our values - patience, presence, kindness - and reminds us that Yoga is so much more than movement.

It keeps us rooted … together.
