Much to Liam’s dismay, a lot of his clothes became… a little bit baggy?

If Liam’s honest, he started this journey thinking he wasn’t going to make any progress, and that it would be just another thing that he “tries”

One of the biggest challenges is that he is on the road 5–6 days per week, which would be a barrier to eating healthier and following a good training routine.

Fast forward to now, and he’s almost down, despite only doing one personal training session per week with us and doing the rest himself.

Even with limited food options at times, he has still managed to achieve this incredible result.

Ultimately, this shows there are no limitations stopping you from achieving your goal when you have the right structure, support & accountability!

“I needed to start again & I didn’t want to re-injure myself”

Meet our client, Georgia.

After suffering from not one, but two debilitating injuries, Georgia wasn’t sure who she should turn to in order to get her fitness journey back in motion.

After years of being inconsistent with the gym and struggling to rebuild confidence after her accidents, Georgia turned to us to help her reset and regain strength without fear of re-injury.

With a background in climbing, badminton, and many other sports, she wanted a programme that fit into her active lifestyle and supported her sports while boosting her overall performance.

Starting with no experience in resistance training, Georgia was drawn to our supportive environment, on-site physio, and the promise of accountability from her coach

Fast forward, and not only has she regained the confidence she thought she’d lost, but she’s also achieved milestones she never imagined, like running a half-marathon!

Beyond the physical transformation, Georgia has discovered new levels of mental resilience, functional strength, and a love for pushing her limits.

When Dina reached out to us, she’d already made that decision.

A decision to let go of everything she thought was holding her back.

A decision to move towards the life she actually wanted.

Over 11 months, she lost an incredible 30kg.

But more importantly…

How does it feel to work with a Pioneer Performance coach?

We’ve been told (on good authority) that it’s like having a friend who helps you with your training and nutrition, while also giving you the structure and support you need to make real progress.
