Just a week to go and today we're highlighting Zoe who is supported by Somerset Care💙❄️

Zoe lives with a mild learning disability, Asperger’s Syndrome, Autism Spectrum, epilepsy and a cyst on her brain and receives support from a specialist learning disabilities support team. With their support, Zoe now has her first set of wheels!
