An OCT (optical coherence tomography) scan provides a three dimensional cross section scan of the retina, similar to an ultrasound scan. It can also provide a scan of the cornea which is the front transparent window of the eye. With an OCT, you can detect things that are not always visible in a retinal image or with conventional retinal examination methods. This advanced technology allows the detection of health issues before symptoms are present, and in some cases up to 5 years earlier.

The scan is non-invasive, painless, simple.and quick. What's more, the software can automatically detect even the most subtle changes with every scan you take
