最近有朋友問我:「天氣咁凍,仲食唔食生果好呢?怕食生冷野傷及脾胃🤔」
喺中醫角度認為冬天屬封藏嘅季節,宜溫補🔥,最好就食多啲優質蛋白質(不論紅肉白肉),少啲食生冷嘢,咁又唔代表完全唔可以食生果嘅~
適合冬天嘅水果有:
• 蘋果 🍎性平偏涼,潤肺生津
• 梨 🍐 涼中帶潤,潤喉止咳,用嚟燉都唔錯
• 小柑橘(Clementine) 🍊 性溫,健脾開胃
• 桑椹、藍莓等黑色/深紫色水果 能滋陰補腎、明目,並養血潤膚

🥬 提提大家,喺冬季,蔬菜先至係重點。
中醫角度認為「菜為常食之品,果為助食之品」,因此,冬令時節,建議大家可以食多少少如紅菜頭、紅蘿蔔🥕等「根類」嘅蔬菜及韭菜等🌱,嘅能幫助消化,亦有溫中養血、補腎助陽嘅作用。

Recently, a friend asked me: “It’s so cold—should I still eat fruits? 🤔.”
From a TCM perspective, winter is the season of storage and conservation. It’s better to eat warming and nourishing foods 🔥, especially high-quality proteins (both red and white meat), and reduce raw and cold foods—but that doesn’t mean you can’t eat fruits at all.
Fruits suitable for winter include:
• Apple 🍎 – neutral to slightly cool in nature, moistens the lungs and generates fluids.
• Pear 🍐 – cool but moistening, soothes the throat and relieves cough; also great for stewing.
• Small citrus (Clementine) 🍊 – warm in nature, strengthens the spleen and stimulates appetite.
• Mulberries, blueberries, and other dark/purple fruits – nourish yin, support the kidneys, improve vision, and enrich blood and skin.
➡️ Feeling cold? You can try eating them warm, for example, mulberry-red date-goji berry tea 🍵 or blueberry oatmeal porridge 🥣.
🥬 Reminder: Vegetables are the key in winter.
According to TCM, “Vegetables are staple foods, while fruits are supplementary.” So in winter, it’s recommended to eat more root vegetables like beets , carrots 🥕, and leeks 🌱, which aid digestion, warm the middle burner, nourish the blood, and support kidney and yang energy.
Stay warm this winter, and remember to keep a balanced diet with plenty of vegetables and quality protein—your body will thank you! 💛
