We received these heartwarming words of thanks from a family that Jeannette at our Daventry Road branch recently cared for.
Just a quick note to say Friday went really well - emotional,but the perfect send of for Nan. Everyone said how beautiful it was and that I'd done her proud,so I achieved everything I had hoped for.
I want to thank you and your team again I really couldn't have done it without your help ,guidance and support. You were there not just to help with the funeral arrangements, but to support me personally through it all , and that meant so much.
I'm also so grateful for the care and respect you showed Nan while she was in your care. It brought me and the rest of the family great comfort knowing she was looked after so beautifully. We'll be forever grateful. Thank you again.
