At the weekend we had 95th birthday to celebrate! Our amazing staff celebrated with the lovely family of our lovely Rose. Topped off with a beautiful cake ☺️❤️

Halloween at Evedale!!
A big big thank you to everyone who joined in with us for our Halloween celebration. A special thank you to Cucumelons who were absolutely amazing.
We all had an amazing day and loved dressing up!

Hey everyone, the bike ride challenge is still going!! Last week it went to town thorns and our amazing staff went to go and have a go! Luke - The Activities Co - ordinator, Hue our Mangers husband and Piotr our chef all had a great time and it was so good do more for a great cause!

Today we had our monthly residents forum meeting. Our amazing chairman David led the meeting and it was full of new ideas and things that we would like to improve, our residents love to get together and talk about the home and any difficulties they have and we love to hear different points of view from our residents☺️

Yesterday we said goodbye to our regional manager, Claire will be staying in the company but she’ll be in a different region to us. We as a whole care home are so grateful for everything she has done for us, helping us so much and helping to become better people.
Claire we will miss your contagious smile in our home.❤️

Breast cancer awareness day🩷

Today our amazing staff and residents wore pink in support of breast cancer awareness.
Our residents decorated cakes in pink and they were scrumptious😋

The Evedale bike ride!
Over the weekend we kept those pedals turning for 24 hours!
We thank each and every person that donated and had a go on the bike, what an amazing journey.
Special thank yous to;
The home manager, Activities staff, carers, domestic staff, relatives, the westwood lions club members, an ambulance technician, our amazing owners and so many more.
We cannot thank you enough for your hardwork and dedication. Remember this is the first of many homes to do the bike so let’s support our other homes and get behind them!

So recently we celebrated macmillan coffee morning! It was a lovely morning in which we raised lots of money and made some new friends! Our relatives loved the variety of cakes that were on show.
We had some special guests too including Lady Godiva and John who is an ambulance technician!

Hey everyone!

Our home will be kicking off the 24 hour spin cycle challenge! That's right, we are going to be cycling for 24 whole hours! We welcome relatives and friends to come and have a go to and be part of our amazing charity work!

What an amazing day we had with Lady godiva today. A massive thank you for having us, it was a joy to be there and we can’t wait to see you and the Godiva sisters again!
We seen some amazing singers and fantastic dancers too!
A big thank you to our kitchen staff for making a scrumptious cake which we donated to a school who were so greatful☺️
