Penny Gibbings Combined Therapist I am a complementary therapist qualified in the EMMETT Technique, Bowen Therapy & Reflexology. I continue to be passionate about EMMETT and treating clients.

I have just stepped down from my role as EMMETT Instructor of 10 years. Let me relieve your pain or show you how to do it! Do you want expert, professional help with muscle pain, stress and/or lack of mobility? You have arrived at the right place. The Emmett Technique is:
• A safe and simple muscle release therapy developed by Remedial Therapist Ross Emmett
• Useful to address pain and discomfort and improve movement restrictions
• A method that uses light finger pressure at specific locations to initiate the gentle release of tension in many problem areas such as neck, shoulder and back
• A technique where results are usually immediate
• Non-invasive and involves no drugs, massage oils, manipulations or high velocity thrusts

I am passionate about the EMMETT because I love the immediate effectiveness of the technique. I use Emmett extensively on its own as well as alongside the Bowen and Reflexology. It has greatly enhanced my practice. I have been a teacher all of my working life and used to teach children with special needs.
