Update on the remaining School-Aged Immunisation Service (SAIS) community flu clinics being delivered across Coventry and Warwickshire for the remainder of the flu season.

As you will be aware, SAIS continues to offer flu vaccinations to eligible children in school years Reception to Year 11, including pupils who were absent during school sessions or who require an alternative appointment.

To support practices and ensure every eligible child has access to vaccination, we have scheduled a number of community catch-up clinics at accessible venues across the area.

Remaining Community Flu Clinic Dates and Venues
Please see below the list of upcoming clinics, including venue, address, and times:

• 8th December 2025 – Alcester, Alcester Children & Family Centre, c/o St. Nicholas’ C of E Primary School, St. Faith’s Road, Alcester, B49 6AG
• 11th December 2025 – Nuneaton, Jepson House, Manor Hospital Site, Manor Court Avenue, Nuneaton, CV11 5HX

These clinics are appointment-based, and parents/carers can book through our online consent and booking platform or by contacting our service directly.

Who Can Attend
These clinics are open to

• School-aged children (Reception to Year 11) who have not yet received their flu vaccination
• Children requiring a repeat visit due to absence, illness, or other reasons
• Children with additional needs who may benefit from a quieter community setting
