What a lovely weekend - with a wonderful group of new Reiki practitioners - so lovely to be part of your Reiki journey - thankyou 💜 The learning goes both ways, and I always have plenty to reflect on afterwards.

Today we celebrate February's full moon - the Snow moon and Imbolc, the first stirrings of Spring - energetically this is a busy time!
As always, the full moon is a great time to release and clear - emotions, habits, memories - anything that no longer serves you, or anything that is holding you back. Clearing the energetic ground before planting seeds of hopes, plans and ideas later in the year.
It's a wonderful time to cleanse and recharge crystals, placing them in the moonlight.
This full moon is related to creativity, self expression and self confidence - think of how you can clear and enhance any of these qualities in yourself.
This resonates beautifully with Imbolc, a time to acknowledge the change in energy around us, within us, moving with the flow of the year. This is the pause before we begin, the moment between breathing in and out. We can relish and anticipate the year ahead of us, the energy is beginning to soften, little seedlings of ideas, hopes and dreams for the months ahead just starting to stir.

Imbolc blessings, and I hope you're having a great start to the weekend 😊
On Sunday 1st, I am holding a gentle Soundbath meditation to celebrate the first stirrings of spring🌻☀️
Soundbaths are great for easing stress and tension, promoting a healthy sleep pattern and supporting a meditation practice.
Here is a little information about the event:
The postcode for Corley Village Hall is CV7 8AZ, and the soundbath begins at 6.30pm, so you may like to arrive 5 minutes or so early to get yourself settled.
The soundbath is not suitable if you have a cough, cold or flu, if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, or if you have epilepsy triggered by loud sounds.
If you have a pacemaker, you may want to lie a little further away from the instruments.
You may like to bring:
A yoga mat, duvet, sleeping bag or similar to lie on - the more layers, the merrier, as comfort is important to help you relax.
A blanket if you would like one
A couple of pillows - one for under your head, and perhaps another for under your knees
A bottle of water
There will be hot drinks and biscuits afterwards
