Thankyou everyone... I really enjoyed this evening's Soundbath - gentle and mellow, reflecting the peace and stillness of the Winter solstice. Warm thanks to you all, and lots of love and healing to those who have flu and colds and had to cancel 💜 xx

As the days become shorter and the nights longer, we softly approach the tipping point, the Winter solstice ✨
On this day we welcome the beginning of our journey back into the light.
This is a time for us to keep warm, nourish our energy and reflect on what has been over the last year - and to embrace hope and the seeds of plans for the year to come.
Join me at 6.30pm on Sunday December 14th, at Corley Village Hall for a gentle Soundbath meditation to celebrate this time.
Relaxation and unwind as the sound frequencies wash over you - wash through you, easing stress and tension and harmonising your energy.
Places are £20 each, which includes warm drinks and mince pies (or biscuits if you don't like mince pies).

It's December! 🌲❄️⭐ and we're slowly tiptoeing towards Christmas 🔔
We now have the festive, hand poured soya wax candles on the shelves:
🌲Winter Wood - a fragrant woody blend of pure pine, cedarwood, cypress, nutmeg, eucalyptus & cinnamon essential oils. Decorated with little wax pine trees, amethyst, clear quartz, frankincense & cinnamon
⛄ Christmas Spice - a warming, spicy blend of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, ginger, pine & neroli essential oils, finished with a little wax gingerbread man, carnelian, black agate, pyrite & a piece of cinnamon
The candles are £9.50 each - if you would like one putting by until I see you, or if you would like to pick one up from the clinic, just let me know 😊❄️

Interesting article re the benefits of massage. There is indeed something wonderfully therapeutic in allowing your body, mind and soul to relax in a safe space - time away from everyday pressures, time to breathe, time to decompress. And this in addition to the physical unwinding and relaxation - easing, stretching and soothing muscular aches and pains.
