🛡️ UNARMOURED – A Breathwork Journey for Men 🛡️

I have been working with men over the last few years and one thing I have noticed , you’re all just carrying too much and it’s heavy.

Men, it’s time to drop the armour.

We’ve been taught to survive.
To stay in control.
To suppress. To endure.
To fight… or flee.

But that survival mode?
The stress.
The pressure.
The anxiety that keeps you on edge —
…it’s not your truth.

It’s time to return to your breath.
To your body.
To the Authentic you.

Unarmoured is a safe space for men to come home to themselves —

To release the fight.
To let go of the masks.
To stop performing.
To finally breathe.

As one door closes another door opens 👀

We have a announcement to make after much thought and some changes in both our personal lives and journeys we have decided to give up The Breathing Space and May will be our last month at this beautiful space x

I know it might be sad news for some of you who have shared our journey and we will be forever grateful for the support we have been shown and the beautiful memories this little unit brought us , however to make way for the new you must say goodbye to the old and keep growing and moving out your comfort zone xx

We have lots planned for our last month and lots of announcements coming on future plans !

I can’t describe what this little unit done it created not only a beautiful healing space it created a community and it was everything we wanted it to be a place for everyone and a place everyone felt safe and at home in x

Some of my hardest and happiest moments were in this unit this last year and my deepest healing journeys both alone and with others took place here , and it was completely out of my comfort zone taking on this space but I am not the same girl that took this space on and we must continue to grow and carry on the same mission to Create safe spaces , be the light for others till they see there’s and to bring everyone back home to themselves through true authentic connection 💜

I would like to say a special thanks to this girl in the picture with me and I don’t say this lightly but she is a true beacon of strength who handles everything life throws at her with nothing but grace and compassion and without her I would not be the person I am today and my spiritual journey would certainly not be the same . Her belief in me and our work was what got us the unit as we both know this place was more what I needed than you did at the time Suze and I love you for that 💜
