Remember - sometimes the way we sit, the way we sleep, the way we stand, if prolonged, frequently done day to day, in the same position, same place, same twisted, turned position cause cause these imbalances to happen.

This is normal in life with what we do. Us as therapists are qualified to educate, explain and treat and rehabilitate these imbalances.

Sometimes without us even knowing it, the pelvis can become twisted and rotated.

💻 Whether this is seated at work in a twisted position due to having to look at notes that are always one side on the computer.
🛋️ Or being slouched to one side at the computer or on the sofa.
📺 It could even be the rotation to see the TV due to its positioning.
💤 Sleeping positioning can also be a factor.

Sometimes these things are changeable so that your positioning is better.
If not, then it’s okay.
Movement, mobility, control and stability are key to correction.
