Hi im Jess, I teach a slow, intentional vinyasa practice designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner rhythm. My journey into yoga deepened during my training in Bali, where I experienced first-hand the powerful physical and mental effects of a consistent asana practice.
My classes focus on mindful movement, gentle transitions, and creating space—both in the body and the mind. Each session is an opportunity to tune in, soften, and explore how the body feels in the present moment.
Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to balance a faster-paced routine, my classes offer a grounding, supportive environment where you can move, breathe, and reset.
