We’re so excited to welcome Marisa to the team!
Marisa will be teaching 6:30am on a Monday morning and Thursday evenings at 5:30pm✨

Marisa is a qualified L3 Mat Pilates instructor with a focus on improving posture, core strength and overall movement. With a background in a desk-based environment, she understands the impact modern lifestyles can have on the body and enjoys helping clients move and feel better.

Her teaching style is direct, fun and encouraging, creating a supportive environment where clients feel confident to progress. Marisa is also menopause-aware and passionate about supporting women through this stage with safe, effective exercise.

Alongside Pilates, she runs a permanent jewellery business, bringing a creative and personal touch to everything she does.

A gentle, welcoming space for you and your little one (non-crawlers only) to move, connect, and take some time for yourself.
Class Times:

Tuesdays – 11:00am
Thursdays – 10:30am

This nurturing postnatal Pilates class uses the Tower to softly support your body as it heals and strengthens. The springs help guide your movements, offering both assistance and a gentle challenge—so you can rebuild at your own pace, safely and confidently.
Created with new mums in mind, this class is all about helping you feel supported, comfortable, and cared for. Together, we’ll focus on restoring your core strength, improving stability, and reconnecting with your body in a calm, friendly environment.
Come as you are, bring your baby, and enjoy a moment just for you 💛

We’re so excited to welcome Bea to the team!

Bea will be teaching Monday evenings at 5:30pm & 6:30pm, and we can’t wait for you to experience her classes.

A little from Bea:
My name is Bea, I’m a full-time Pilates instructor trained in Level 3 Mat, Reformer, and Tower.

Movement has always been a huge part of my life. Dance was my first passion from a young age, and it has shaped the way I understand and connect with movement today.

I discovered Pilates during my dance training and instantly fell in love with how it made me feel — strong, balanced, and more connected to my body. Pilates soon became an important part of my life, a way to slow down, move with intention, and reconnect with myself.

Now, I enjoy dedicating my time to helping others feel the same. I love creating a positive space where you can move, reset, and leave feeling stronger, happier, and more in control of your body.

Thank you for the warmth, the guidance, and the countless moments that made this space feel so special. You’ve shaped so much of what it is today, and that will always remain✨

I feel truly honoured to be stepping into your shoes and continuing what Tower Wellness is all about, mindful movement, a beautiful community and a safe happy environment where people can come and feel at ease, grow in confidence, guiding & challenging themselves. It means more to me than I can even put into words🙏🏼

This isn’t a goodbye, it’s a new pathway ahead for us both and I am so excited to get started.

Hi im Jess, I teach a slow, intentional vinyasa practice designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner rhythm. My journey into yoga deepened during my training in Bali, where I experienced first-hand the powerful physical and mental effects of a consistent asana practice.

My classes focus on mindful movement, gentle transitions, and creating space—both in the body and the mind. Each session is an opportunity to tune in, soften, and explore how the body feels in the present moment.

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to balance a faster-paced routine, my classes offer a grounding, supportive environment where you can move, breathe, and reset.
