Free CUPS Computer and ICT Training - Latest Update
UPDATE IN ENGLISH:
Fellow compatriots, I write to update you with our progress as follows:
1. We are now fully engaged with the new 160 Computer and ICT experts that we hope to recruit to teach and mentor you Computer and ICT. We have sent them emails and most of them have responded favourably. By Sunday, 14th September 2025, all the experts interested in working with us would have signed a legally binding MoU contract with the CUPS Organisation. The MoU details the job specification, duration of the training, monthly salary, how payment is made and finally rules of disengagement, should the need arise (We hope and pray this doesn't happen).
2. We are also fully engaged with the CUPS syllabus translators into Hausa language. The latest comprehensive syllabus is 41 pages. It is being translated into Hausa language. We expect to get at least 5 fully completed accurate translations by Sunday, 14th September 2025. The best 3 translations will be shared free in all the CUPS Tutor groups.
3. Following a successful engagement with the new Computer and ICT experts, 18 of them will be immediately recruited to expand the classes to 20. Network stability is a significant deciding factor. Starting with 20 classes means we will have a cohort of 50,000 students (there are 2,500 students in each class). However, if the network proves stable, we may decide to increase the number of classes and recruit more tutors.
4. Just before we commence training, all students will be rearranged into 10 classes where the language of instruction will be purely English, and the other 10 classes will be bi-lingual (English and Hausa). It is entirely up to a student to chose which language class to belong to. We created this arrangement to overcome the language issues/challenges encountered by the 3MTT program, which led it its failure in some Northern states.

BAYANI DA HAUSA:
Jama'a Barkanmu da warhaka. Ga sabon karin bayani kamar haka:
1. A yanzu haka, muna cikin cikakken hulɗa tare da sabbin ƙwararrun kwamfuta da na ICT, su 160, waɗanda muke fatan za mu ɗauke su don su koya muku ilimin kwamfuta da ICT. Mun aika musu da imel kuma yawancinsu sun ba da amsa mai kyau. Nan da ranar Lahadi, 14 ga Satumba, 2025, duk ƙwararrun masu son aiki da CUPS, za su sanya hannu kan kwangilar yarjejeniya (MoU) tare da Ƙungiyar CUPS. Yarjejeniyar MoU ta ƙunshi cikakkun bayanai game da yanayin aikin, tsawon lokacin karantarwan, albashi a kowane wata, yadda zamu biyasu albashi, da kuma ƙa'idodin rabuwa, idan har an samu akasi (Allah Ubangiji Ya kiyaye. Amin).
2. Hakanan kua muna cikin cikakken hulɗa tare da masu fassara manhajar karatun kwanfuta. Muna sa ran samun aƙalla cikakkun fassarori guda 5 daidai nan da ranar Lahadi, 14 ga Satumba, 2025. Zamu raba mafi kyawun fassarorin kyauta a cikin duk azuzuwa 20 na kwamfuta.
3. Bayan nasarar hulɗa tare da sababbin ƙwararrun kwamfuta da ICT, zamu dauki 18 daga cikinsu nan take don faɗaɗa azuzuwan zuwa 20. Zamu ƙara ɗaukar wasu sabbin malamai yayin da muke samun ci gaba. Fara horaswa da azuzuwa 20 yana nufin zamu fara da ɗalibai 50,000 (akwai dalibai 2,500 a kowani aji). Duk da haka, idan hanyar sadarwa ta tabbata (Network), toh muna iya yanke shawarar ƙara azuzuwan da ɗaukar ƙarin malamai.
4. Kafin mu fara horarswa, za a sake tsara duk ɗalibai zuwa azuzuwa 10 inda harshen koyarwa zai zama Turanci kawai, sauran azuzuwa 10 kuma za su kasance masu amfani da harsuna biyu (Turanci da Hausa). Ya rage wa ɗalibi ya zaɓi ko wane irin ajin harshe zai shiga. Mun ƙirƙiri wannan tsari ne don magance matsalolin harshe da shirin 3MTT ya fuskanta, wanda ya haifar da gazawar program din a wasu jihohin Arewa.
Tabbas, munyi gagarumar nasara a sati uku da s**a gabata. Wannan shine dalilin da yasa baku ganni a wannan dandalin ba. Toh Allah Ubangiji Ya datanmana. Amin Ya Rabbi. Jama'a kuci gaba da yi mana addu'an samun nasara akan wannan tafiya. Jama'a na barku lafiya.
