As Many of you may have seen from the video we uploaded yesterday, It was on Brians Bucket list to do a Drag show in the home!

Which we made happened last night!

What an absolutely fantastic night, family,friends,staff and other people living here all helped to make this come true for him!

The weather has been so cold, we decided outdoor activities didn’t sound like the best idea, so we went for a lovely meal at The Old Mill.

She had her family visit and they got to spend some quality time together

She had some beautiful flowers delivered from her family and had a lovely day finished off with some birthday cake!

Today was our Amazing Ava’s 16th Birthday!
Not only is she our Duke of Edinburgh volunteer, but she apart of our wonderful Victoria Manor Family!

Yesterday we celebrated with Presents, Birthday cake, toasted tea cakes and a cuppa!

The ladies on both floors had a pamper today, nails painted and hand massages 💅

Two years of our favourite girl, watching her grow and fill our hearts with so much love!

Victoria Manor would not be the same without her!

People living here wanted to do her a party and for her to open presents along with a large slice of cake.

Many of you know OUR BRIAN!

He was given some news in December that has meant he has started a bucket list..

One of the things on his bucket list was to go to a drag show and we did just that

QUEENZ, DRAG ME TO THE DISCO on Wednesday at the Belgrade theatre.

He truly had the time of his life and got to meet them all after.

If you see Brian, ask him about the show and he will be more than happy to show you his show book and tell you all about it.

Brian said “That was brilliant, I loved it”

Happy Monday everyone!!

We had the hairdresser again today, pampered and ready for the week ahead!

Exercise class this afternoon, boxing, strength training for our arms, hands and legs. 🥊

Downstairs love exercise class and a few from upstairs joined us this time which was fabulous!

Today has been very wet and cold outside, but we never let a little rain get in our way.

Lovely afternoon singing and enjoying some time together!

Upstairs had a game of musical bingo, we all got so carried away we forgot we were playing bingo and just sat singing 🎵

We have had a fabulous start to our week!

Monday = Hairdressers, our time to relax and get pampered.

We found some stray carrots in our veg patch 🥕 they might not look perfect but they tasted great!

Exercise class is one of our favourite activities of the week.
You are more than welcome to join our exercise class-
Every Monday at 1:30pm in the down stairs lounge

Amber always brightens our day, loves and cuddles for everyone, while she wiggles and wags her tail like slinky the dog from Toy Story!
