A real joy to remind ourselves of the journey we and our ARFID dietetic colleagues have taken from an interested group of dietitians meeting on Teams in 2020 to a sub-group with 1100 members! Such a fun day with at the CMPA weaning kitchen workshop in Oxfordshire! We covered the low down on dairy free weaning with a hands on cookery lesson making DF mac & cheese. This was then followed by a dive into the milk ladder and getting our hands dirty making step 1! A truly fab day with fellow dietitians and the wonderful Lucy. Delighted to see my recipes have been translated into Welsh too! Xx

Dairy free banana pancakes

2 bananas
1 cup plain flour
1 cup soya milk (or oat)
2 eggs

Mash the bananas, whisk in the other ingredients and cook! Easy peasy and delicious! 😋

Homemade meatballs!

I made these on Friday with a 10 year old client.

Both agreed 10/10.

I've made them with my middler daughter for our family dinner tonight - again, so delicious.

It's a winner recipe for those going to Uni in September. So much cheaper than bought meatballs and taste amazing!
