**Acknowledgement of thanks**

The family of the late Alan Falconer would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who came to pay their final respects on the 15th of April at Hill of Beath Ex-Serviceman’s Club. Seeing so many people there to honour Alan brought us great comfort during such a difficult time.

We are truly grateful for the many kind messages, cards, flowers, and support we have received. Everyone’s thoughtfulness has meant more to us than words can say.

We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Colin Sneddon Funeral Services, especially Nicola, who guided and supported our family with such care and compassion. Every detail was handled with professionalism, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Our thanks also go to Hill of Beath Ex-Serviceman’s Club for their warm hospitality, and to Mary for ensuring everyone was so well looked after.

A special thank you to Celebrant Scott Burton for capturing Alan’s life and our memories so beautifully, and to Kingdom Auld Boys Flute Band for their moving tribute to their bandmate. We know this was not easy, and we are deeply grateful for your dedication in giving Alan the send-off he would have wanted.

Finally, thank you to everyone who kindly donated after the service to Blue Brazil Football Club and Kingdom Auld Boys Flute Band, raising a total of £600.17. Your generosity is very much appreciated.

Alan will be sadly missed and fondly remembered always.

Funeral pre-planning allows you to make decisions about your final arrangements in advance, easing emotional and financial burdens for your loved ones while ensuring your wishes are honoured.
What is Funeral Pre-Planning
Funeral pre-planning involves deciding in advance how you want your funeral or memorial service to be conducted, including whether you prefer burial or cremation, the type of service, location, and personal touches that reflect your life. Pre-planning can also include prepaying for services, which locks in current prices and clarifies financial responsibility for your family. This process provides peace of mind and reduces stress for loved ones during a difficult time.

If you would like more information on this contact us at one of our branches based in Cowdenbeath and Leven where we can make an appointment for you either to visit a branch or we can come to you.

Thank you
