JogCowdenbeath Locally based Health & Fitness delivered by volunteers. We offer groups of different ability

The group offers support to anyone who wants to be active through walk - jog - run exercise, We meet every Monday and Wednesday from 18:45 for a 19:00 start in The Maxwell Centre, Stenhouse Street, Cowdenbeath The emphasis is on fun and participation, and all are made welcome. We cannot accept anyone under 16 years old, unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult.

We had a cracking morning for our second Sunday Social of 2026.
A loop round Preston Island followed by food at the Red Lion in Culross where Doug performed a magic trick 🪄 He went to order the spicy parsnip soup and it turned in to fish and chips!
