Change for Life Change for life has been offering 1:1 and group counselling since 2006. Also offering auricular acupuncture.

Counselling and addiction therapy, Auricular acupuncture and shamanic practitioner. We have a therapy room in Gurnard but can also organise home visits. Group NADA acupuncture in places around the Island, groups for depression, anxiety, pain management and addiction. Offering counselling for domestic abuse, self esteem work, survivors of childhood trauma, relationship help, anxiety, depression, PTSD plus other areas

We have one life. When we fully acknowledge our own mortality we really start to live. Who knows what tomorrow brings so live it to the fullest every day. Something i luckily learnt at a very yong age. Peace comes to me in many ways and one of those is helping guide others to navigate their challenges and really live.

Exciting news! NADA Trainers will soon be offering a 1 day ear seed course from March 2026. The main NADA Accupuncture course covers this skill but if you would like to just do the ear seeds this can soon be done independently. It will be £175.00 for the day course and if will be running it in Newport, Isle of Wight. Please message to register your interest.
