Introducing Stronger Strides, an 8 week small group strength and conditioning program built specifically for runners who want to:
✅ Build strength and stability that directly improves running performance
✅ Learn how targeted strength work supports speed, endurance and injury prevention
✅ Gain confidence in how your body moves whether on the road, the trails or track
This isn’t a normal circuit or a generic gym class.
Within the weekly sessions you’ll gain a clear understanding of why each movement matters and how it directly translates to stronger, more efficient running.

Thursday Evening Group 7:45pm-8:30pm
