I had the absolute pleasure of offering self-care taster sessions, including soothing reflexology and Indian head massage, at such a meaningful and uplifting event.

A huge thank you to Oonagh for bringing me on board and trusting me to support the day. It was wonderful meeting everyone who stopped by, and I truly hope you all enjoyed your mini-treatments and left feeling a little more relaxed and restored. 💛

Balance & Bliss is honoured to be attending this beautiful event tomorrow in support of Zach’s Wish.
We’ll be offering gentle reflexology taster sessions throughout the day, creating a calming space for rest, grounding, and emotional wellbeing.

Zach’s Wish is a heartfelt charity dedicated to supporting families affected by baby loss — including miscarriage, stillbirth, and neonatal loss. Their work provides comfort, understanding, and a sense of community for those navigating an incredibly difficult journey.

We’re grateful to stand alongside them and contribute in a small, nurturing way. 💛
