Due to the last 2 programmes filling up fast, there’s a new 6 week programme launched.
It’s a lovely way to switch off and reset, or just take a wee well deserved nap 😴
We focus on guided relaxation with breath work, followed by a soothing sound session where you can drift off in a world of calm 💜
