Join Kerry from Kamala and myself for a Pregnancy and Birth Workshop on Sunday 10th April at KT School of Dance, Portadown!

I am so excited to bring you this event - which will include pregnancy yoga, breathing techniques, tools and techniques for pregnancy and birth and plenty of relaxation with a sound bath included!! 😴

A delicious lunch will be provided and everyone who attends will take home an amazing goody bag.

Some ideas for a Random Act of Kindness, it can really make someone's day!
