This January I am going to be running 5km a day. I am now doing it for charity. I was doing it anyway but if I can generate some money for a good cause and raise awareness along the way then all the better. Currently at 60km for the month as of the 12th Jan 💪

It doesn't look like Crail will be affected by the Lynx Africa cloud but there may be scattered outbreaks of Arran Aromatics After The Rain..
