😠 Why Won't This Elbow Pain Go Away? (It's a Tendon Problem!)
If you have stubborn pain on the outside of your elbow when gripping, lifting, or shaking hands, you might have Tennis Elbow.
As a BSc Qualified Exercise and Rehabilitation Specialist, I know that treating tendons requires patience and specific loading, not just rest or endless stretching.
The Problem: Tennis Elbow is typically not inflammation but degeneration of the tendon tissue due to chronic, repetitive overload (lifting, gripping, typing).
The tendon tissue is weak and disorganized.
My Solution: Targeted Load & Rebuilding
Tissue Release: Targeted sports massage to relax the overworked forearm muscles that are constantly pulling on the painful tendon attachment.
Assessment: We identify why the muscles are tight (Is it poor shoulder stability? Grip technique?).
Eccentric Rehab: I give you a custom program focused on eccentric strengthening (exercises where you control the muscle as it lengthens). This is the only way to rebuild and reorganize the tendon tissue structure for long-term relief.
