Our minds need variation to reduce boredom 🤯

Our bodies need challenges to overcome complacency 💪🏻

If it doesn’t challenge your mind and body it doesn’t change you 😆

Tonight’s increased strength sets were definitely a challenge 🥵

But the crew stepped up to the mark and gave it a good go 🙌🏻

Lots setting or smashing their PB 👌🏻

Absolutely tremendous effort from each and everyone of you 👏🏻

And the encouragement in the room for each other was absolutely amazing 🤩
