Here's a quick guide on how to inject:
Choose & Clean
• Rotate weekly between abdomen, thigh or upper arm
• Wipe site with the provided alcohol swab

Prepare the Pen
• Remove cap, check clarity, correct dose & expiry date

Inject
• Dial dose until “–1” appears
• Insert at 90° and press the dose k**b until indicator reads “0”
• Hold for 6-10 seconds

Finish & Dispose
• Remove needle, cap it, and drop into a sharps bin
• Recap pen, press site gently if bleeding, and monitor for redness/swelling
