🎄Christmas is a busy time for us, so we kindly ask clients to allow extra time for parking at Manor Walk.
If you are late then we might not be able to do you treatment as it has a knock on effect for us & other clients with appointments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the appointment to another client.
Any appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of treatment cost. All no-show appointments will be charged in full.
We don’t have the time to call or remind clients of their appointments.
