So many of us struggle on with heavy periods, it gave me real issues with severe anaemia in my 40’s. I discovered Lara Bridens book The Period Repair Manual and honestly wish I had known about her back then. Please do share this article with friends and let me know your thoughts on any other great resources. She also does an incredible Menopause Repair book too!
