Did you know April is Stress Awareness Month?
Many of us are familiar with stress. It can be caused by a busy schedule, work, caring for relatives, relationships, illness or not having enough money to cover the bills.
Stress can be unhelpful, taking up time and energy. It can hold us back from getting on with what we need to be doing, which then becomes a vicious circle as it causes more stress and anxiety.
