Did you know April is Stress Awareness Month?

Many of us are familiar with stress. It can be caused by a busy schedule, work, caring for relatives, relationships, illness or not having enough money to cover the bills.

Stress can be unhelpful, taking up time and energy. It can hold us back from getting on with what we need to be doing, which then becomes a vicious circle as it causes more stress and anxiety.

Are you struggling to stop va**ng?

Well, you aren't alone.

Ni****ne is a powerful substance, and you can quickly become addicted to it within days of starting, even if you only v**e occasionally.

The va**ng addiction isn't limited to adults or ex-smokers either, alarmingly almost 1 in 10 secondary school pupils currently v**e.

Whilst safer than smoking, the long-term effects of va**ng aren't yet known, and it can quickly become a wallet-draining habit.

What does a session with me look like? 😊

📞 During your initial (free) phone consultation, I will get an understanding of what you would like help with, explain a bit about what to expect when working with me and give you an estimate of cost and number of sessions. Depending on the issue(s), this could be one session or three, occasionally more.

Your session(s) will take place either at my consultation room in Cranleigh (pictured below!) or on Zoom and will last for a good hour. Unless we are planning to complete in one session, then it will be longer, 90 minutes to 2 hours. ⏰

My techniques could best be described as waking hypnosis. Your subconscious mind is working for you 24/7; it's always listening. It is looking out for you, wants to protect you, and ultimately wants you to be happy. We will talk about this, and I will explain more on how the techniques work, building rapport, and engaging your subconscious mind from the beginning! 🧠

We then identify the “issue” and ask your subconscious to change the unhelpful reaction or habit. It is more powerful than hypnosis because you are consciously involved, and your subconscious wants to please you. It really can be like switching a switch, life-changing! 🪄

Today is the International Day of Happiness and, coincidentally, the First Day of Spring!

Do you find yourself putting off happiness?

Do you find yourself saying I'll be happier when:
I get a new job?
A new house?
When I have children?
When my children leave home?
When I retire?

Happiness is a choice and a skill. Don't wait for a chance to make that change. Change is about interrupting the habits and patterns that are no longer necessary or helpful to you.

Do you struggle with negative self-talk, overthinking, and "What If" Anxiety?

Not only are these unhelpful patterns of behaviour a huge waste of our precious time and energy, but they can also leave us feeling overwhelmed, panicked, short of breath, and lightheaded.

Think how awesome you would feel without your anxiety, in control and happy.

Some clients have come to me asking for help with these problems specifically, and others have come with something completely different. I have pointed out that this could stop, too.

This is the second month in a row we've had a Friday the 13th!

If you have an intense fear or superstition about the number 13 (including Friday the 13th), you aren't alone.

The phobia is known as Triskaidekaphobia and is common, especially in Western Cultures. Hotels, buildings, and even theatres often do not include a 13th floor, room, or seat for this very reason.
