Here’s your gentle reminder to move! This week’s stretch focuses on easing tension in your back and shoulders. Sit or stand tall, interlace your fingers, and reach your arms overhead while taking deep breaths.

Hold for 20 seconds, then relax and repeat. Simple stretches like this can release tension from daily posture habits. Regular movement supports flexibility, posture, and comfort throughout your week.

How’s your posture right now? Take a moment to notice—are your shoulders relaxed and your back supported? Good posture helps prevent back and neck stiffness, especially if you sit for long hours.

Try adjusting your chair height, keeping your feet flat on the floor, and taking regular standing breaks to stretch. These small changes can make a big difference over time. If discomfort keeps returning, we can help identify what’s contributing and guide you toward long-term relief.

At Cranfold, we encourage safe, structured activity as part of your recovery plan. It’s about finding the right balance—not doing too much, but not stopping completely either. Our physiotherapists can help you identify the best exercises to support your back and keep you moving confidently.
