Here's some of our 2025 Highlights!
1. We attended the BABTAC Beauty Awards
2. We became a proud sponsor of the Cranleigh women’s football team and welcomed 2 new fabulous team members Katelynn & Jaye
3. We introduced aromaworks!
4. Jess passed her beauty exam 🥳
5. Mel completed her dermaplanning course!
6. We introduced our medical grade pedicure system (elim)
7. We brought in a brand new facial!! Our dermoregan and polynucleotides!
8. We did some amazing lashes and nails!
9. We celebrated Christmas with our exclusive Christmas event!
10. We introduced our new best selling DIBI product collage system!
11. We welcomed Amy back from maternity leave!

Cancellation Policy

To keep our salon running smoothly and respectfully, please review our updated cancellation terms:

⏰ 48 Hours' Notice

During the last 2 weeks of December, we operate a 48 hours cancellation policy.

⏰ 24 Hours' Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

💵 Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% service charge.

❌ No-Show Appointments

Clients who do not attend without notice will be charged 100% of the appointment value.

🚶‍♀️ Running Late?

Please contact us as soon as possible — we will always do our best to help.
