Hold this position for 1 minute daily

This position can help reduce tension throughout your body, especially if you sit a lot or don’t move much during the day. Many people deal with a stiff upper back, tight shoulders and a shortened posterior chain from prolonged sitting. That’s exactly what this targets.

You gently lengthen your spine, open up your shoulders and upper back, and stretch the entire backside of your body, including your calves, hamstrings and back. This can help you move more freely and improve your posture over time.

At the same time, you improve blood flow throughout your body. Combined with calm breathing, ideally in through your nose and slowly out through your mouth, this position can also help calm your nervous system.

You don’t have to start with 1 minute right away.
If this position feels challenging, begin with 20–30 seconds and gradually work your way up. Quality matters more than just holding it longer.

Don’t force the position. Only go as far as you can while staying in control. Slightly bending your knees is completely fine and often helps you perform the exercise better.

This is not about one perfect exercise.
The goal is to give you simple habits you can build into your daily routine.

Even 1–2 minutes a day can make a difference if you stay consistent.

What are you currently struggling with the most when it comes to your body?

On April 1 we have the Full Moon in Libra, inviting us to address imbalances and move towards greater harmony in our lives and relationships.
We may take time to reflect on how we contribute to the patterns that keep repeating in our connections with others, approaching situations with an open, compassionate heart.
This Full Moon is known as the Pink Moon: named after the Native American first flowers that bloom in early Spring, symbolising the return of life, renewal and the opening of the heart.
This Full Moon may feel especially significant for people born under the signs of Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. There is a good opportunity to make significant changes in one or more areas of our lives, with clearer awareness of the dynamics in our relationships. This Full Moon may show us where further emotional healing and growth is possible, and what is ready to be released.
The Full Pink Moon symbolises renewal, rebirth and emotional balance. It marks the awakening of nature and spiritual growth. We are offered a chance to cultivate greater self-love, encouraging growth and heartfelt action-a time to wake up after a period of rest. We can enjoy our potential and take steps towards our goals, allowing our intentions to take shape.

Master your Supine Twist with proper alignment—keep your knees close, shoulders grounded, and gaze relaxed to release tension and activate core muscles effectively. Avoid lifting the shoulder or forcing the twist, as it can strain the neck and reduce the pose’s benefits.

Today let’s try to trust we are exactly where we need to be. 💚
