Wow!!!! I have a holidays booked in so with that in mind I’m going for 1lb each week and with over a stone lighter would feel absolutely amazing!!!!

At 48, weighing more than 34st (215.9kg) and feeling like he wasn’t living life to its fullest, Kenny recorded a goodbye message for his family after being put on a 'do not resuscitate' order by his doctors... but instead he chose to turn his life around and rewrite his story.
