This month outing- Bingo at Colgate Hall (updates later on if we won) 🏆

We went out to Tarana to a tribute night last month and in December a quiz night. We will celebrate the New Year in January, any ideas 💡please let me know?

I really am trying to make our community classes fun for all.

If anyone wants to try Chair Yoga we have two classes Cheneler School of Dance

If you like walking, running, or cycling or just trying to fnd a exercise class that works for you, come give my class a try it will be game changer.
If you want to be able to carry your shopping, still walk up and downstairs in later life. You need Mobility, Stability and Flexibility these are the fundamental 3 tys.

I absolutely love going here every week to teach chair yoga the group has grown to a lovely size. I love our chats after too with a cuppa. Thank you Villagers Connect Jo and Jasmine are just stars.🌟
