Since 2013, we’ve raised an absolutely AMAZING £30m for Cancer Research UK 🙌.

We did this together, as one incredible Slimming World family – with every item donated to the Big Slimming World Clothes Throw, and every step taken for Race for Life and the London Marathon 🤗.

🎉 Three Years of Southgate Slimming World! 🎉

Three years ago today, I launched my very own Slimming World group in Southgate 🙌🏻

I remember feeling nervous but so excited to welcome members through the doors…

Fast forward to today — I still get butterflies every Thursday, knowing I’ll see my incredible members smashing targets and changing their lives right before my eyes 🥰

It’s a true honour to stand in front of group each week, sharing my experiences and knowledge. I know it’s not always easy — there are moments of frustration, setbacks, and self-doubt — but I believe with all my heart that together, in this amazing group, anyone can reach their goals 💕

To every single member who’s walked through our doors over the past three years: thank you. You make me so proud, and I’m truly humbled that you chose me to be part of your journey 💖

Here’s to the next 3+ years of changing mindsets, building confidence, and helping members become fitter, healthier, and happier 💪🏼
