There is not always a quick fix, it can take time to heal but women do start to notice improvements quite quickly.
One of the first things that starts to improve is a reduction in the amount of times you have to get up in the night for the loo 🚽.
Better sleep quality is so important so that’s a big bonus of doing daily Hypopressives.

We took a little break from social media and now we are back!!
We are both Mum’s with busy family lives as well as working together to help women strengthen their bodies safely.
We have a strong understanding of how it feels to be broken and afraid to move after a prolapse diagnosis.
Every day we work with women to give them a tailor made solution to improve symptoms and become active again.

With 13 live classes on zoom a week including 5 Pilates classes and up to 3 Hypopressives classes.
Over 250 on demand classes in our library options with more added every month.
This gives you flexibility to work out with us live or work it round your day.
With options for all levels of fitness and an approach suitable for women returning to exercise or living with pelvic health and/or menopause these classes offer everything women need to stay healthy, strong and improve their pelvic health.
If you have not trained in Hypopressives you will need a one to one consultation before being able to join the Hypopressives classes.
