Pilates for Prolapse

Often when diagnosed with a prolapse women are told don’t lift anything heavy, don’t squat, don’t run, don’t walk for long periods.

No wonder our mental health suffers with this condition.

Our Pilates classes are centred around pelvic health and ensuring you can squat, lift and move safely with the correct technique and awareness of what to avoid.

We teach 5 Pilates classes online every week.

Mornings, lunchtime and evening to fit everyone’s schedules.

In April and May get FIVE free online classes (worth £40) when you book an online or in person consultation.

Pilates with Hypopressives builds a strong foundation improving symptoms of prolapse.

Life shouldn’t stop when you are diagnosed.

🌸🌺We know consistency and building healthy habits is key to building a strong core & pelvic floor so if you book a one to one consultation with us in April or May 2026 we will give you FIVE FREE online classes with us.

♥️Consultations give you two hours with either Lizzie or Sarah split over two sessions.

♥️We teach you Hypopresssives, core rehab and pelvic floor functional strength exercises.

♥️Exercise plans emailed to you after each consultation.

♥️Then choose your five free online classes including Pilates, Hypopressives or if you feel you need strength training then weights or interval workouts are options.

This offer is for consultations booked and taken in April or May 2026.

Classes must be used by end of June 2026.

Consultation cost £110 online or £130 in person for the two consultation package.

Bluebell time in the UK.

Spring is a time of new growth and things coming to life.

It’s a time of spring cleaner and fresh starts.

It’s also a time when we speak to new clients who are ready to start their journey with us.

Tuesday was a fantastic event hosted by Superdrug and savers_hb for International Women’s day.

It was a pleasure to open this discussion in the workplace and think about how women are effected at work and how many women in our lives are suffering in silence.

The big message was
❤️It’s never too late to improve your pelvic health
❤️There are simple steps you can introduce today to make a difference
❤️ there’s more than one way to work your pelvic floor

9:30am 50+ Keep Fit - 45 minutes of great music & movement. Low impact, great for bone health, muscle tone and feeling Fabulous!
£6 a class (if booked as a block.) One off trial available to see if you like it. Pay as you go £7 a class.

10:30 Pilates - 45 minutes of slow deliberate movements to ease stiffness in the body, mobilise joints and improve core strength. All abilities welcome.

If you have learnt Hypopressives and would like to just refresh or re motivate your training get in touch.

Only limited spaces for this one hour workshop which is £9.

Building Stronger Women

We really do LOVE what we do, so let us tell you about it.

We work with women who need help and support in building a stronger body from the inside out.

We do not build six packs, write weight loss plans, sell you shakes or supplements, coach for body building competitions or sports competitions or work with women who aren’t committed to put in the work needed to make a change to their circumstances.

We d0 work with women who want to stop leaking when they sneeze, cough or jump, want to fix their Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) want to reduce the symptoms of a prolapse or have a specific need to rebuild their core.
