So it's time to get ready for September! I find preparation is key to great classes.

I have 5 afterschool clubs all different ages, so I always make sure I provide lots of different levels of yoga poses, games and different breathing exercises to help calm the body and mind.
When doing our craft projects I always let the children imagination and creativity flow, and this creates beautiful projects.

Im really looking forward to next term.

I have space at lunchtime for a class either Yoga or Craft. Please get in touch if your school would be interested.
