Good evening to you all 😘

Just checking in to see who still sees our page.

We are missing you all so much! We managed to get out yesterday for a wander ❤️ it was so nice to see so many smilie faces looking at Hattie.

I hope you are all managing to enjoy the sunshine.

Might get to see some of you when we head out for a wander again soon x

Thanks Facebook for reminding me that it’s been 75 days since I last posted ☹️

I hope you are doing well and managing to enjoy the little bit of sunshine ☀️

We are feeling a little lost still… it’s been a strange couple of months that’s for sure.

🛑 SILVERWOOD UPDATE 🛑

The dreaded time has come and our renewal for our insurance has come through 😳 Although we knew it was going to go up (like all insurances) we was hoping to still be able to continue. But we have made the very sad decision not to renew at this time. ☹️

This expense coupled with our license being due for renewal aswell as our van tax and insurance (approx £2500) we feel this is not going to be doable right now. This doesn’t mean this will be us long term, but at this moment in our lives this is the right decision.

We are however looking at our options of where to take Silverwood Miniatures for the future and it’s also something we can reapply for if we choose to 🙂
We have a few options which we are looking in to and will continue to post fun posts on our page and any updates on this that we can so please do stick around ❤️

I have written and deleted this post so many times so I think for now I will just stop waffleing🙈

We would like to take this opportunity to say a huge huge thank you to everyone who has supported us over the last 5 years, we have truly had the best time and have visited hundreds of wonderful people creating memories we will never forget ❤️

Thank you again for being such amazing people. We are forever grateful for our Silverwood Family.

After a stressful hour before our visit as I had managed to pack the wrong headcollar in our visit bag 🙈 (Hence the clashing of colours with a red headcollar and pink pyjamas 🙈) we managed to enjoy a lovely warm visit to our wonderful friends at Ifield Park Care Home ❤️

The residents were so wonderful and enjoyed seeing Hattie. There were two particular residents M and B who’s smiles were so big when they met her it really melted my heart 🥰 I loved listening to B’s story about his wonderful childhood memories.

We also met the wonderful V who is equestrian royalty 🥰 a privilege to meet her.

Hattie made her way around the home saying hello to anyone who would give her some love, she visited individual rooms and communal living spaces before we headed back home again 🙂

A huge thank you to Alison for having us back again 😘
