Morning,
Yesterday I had 2 no-show clients (Thats 50% of my clients yesterday). They had both booked to come together. A reminder was sent and numerous messages/calls. This was 2.5 hours that someone else could have had. Time is also money when I'm self employed. Thankfully, this is rare however...

Because of this, I've decided to implement a 50% booking deposit if a new client books a double appmt.

I appreciate your understanding.

Ps. If you know a Holly Cole or Stuart Pearce from Crawley they may like to pay me for the time they wasted yesterday.
