With over 20 years of experience working with children, teenagers and young adults as a lecturer and early years teacher Nicky is passionate about changing the lives of children and young people so that they enter adulthood with the skills, resources and mindsets to feel better emotionally and mentally. Working with hypnobirthing mums, 5-12s, 12-19 and young adults Nicky works using coaching, hypnotherapy, NLP and BWRT to support reprogramming mindsets and responses to old triggers offering a lifeline of support and calm to her clients. Nicky also has a registered therapy dog who can work in the office with children and young people who would benefit from the connection to an animal in their sessions. Sometimes we just need a picture....

When I taught (16-19 year olds and adults) I often drew pictures to explain concepts..

It's a great way to change our thinking about things

Which is why alternative therapies can be so effective

Some people respond better to a more practical therapy - so they can create the change they seek

Then slot it into their thinking pathway

So I'll be over here enjoying my rainbow picture from a special 6 year old
