New Year, New You? NOPE! New Year, Still You! 🥰
This year is the time to pay attention to 'you'. The unhealthy attitude that you need to recreate yourself in order to evolve and move forward is completely unattainable, and will cause you stress and disappointment if you don't achieve it.
In reality we are evolving all the time, not just at the beginning of the year. So, if you do want to start something new at this time, like yoga (hint, hint!), begin with the knowledge that the 'you' you are currently is still bloody brilliant. You just become even more amazing as you grow and learn from your experiences.
Yoga & mindfulness is the best tool I have come across to acknowledge this. As we study yoga, we learn to emphasise the best parts, whilst getting rid of the stuff that makes us miserable. Sounds good right?
Join me this year in giving yourself the positive practice of yoga. (All classes will be linked in my bio)
As always, on Mondays I teach 'Every Body Yoga' @ 6.30pm, a group class for every body, helping the mind & body to be happy!

I am also excited to begin a 6-week Beginner's Yoga Course starting on the 7th February! 🥳 Early Bird discounts are available!
Finally, I am starting a Women's Circle. 🥰 We will meet on the second Saturday each month, and it will be safe space to pause, share & reflect with a group of like-minded women. ALL women are welcome. ✊🏻 Starting 11th February.
