Hi lovelies, check out what's happening here this week. I've finally got over the nast bug I managed to pick up, so we're now back on track!

Looking ahead to April, I have another Six-Week Beginner's Yoga course lined up, to start on the 18th April, please message me for more details.

Also, although I sadly had to cancel this month's Women's Circle (on such an important month too! 😞) We will be back on the 8th April, still celebrating all things women.

This course will introduce you to the various elements of a yoga practice, giving you the tools to continue confidently in your yoga journey.
Each class will focus on the holistic nature of yoga, including the asanas (postures), pranayama + kriya (breathwork), and a brief introduction to yogic philosophy.
Perfect for complete beginners or those who are seeking a return to their practice.

✨NEW WOMEN'S CIRCLE✨

You are invited to this intimate gathering of women in a sacred space. Circles can help heal your body, heart and mind, as well as encourage a deeper sense of belonging to the sisterhood.

During this hour and a half of guided mindfulness & discussion, I hope to create a space where we as women can pause and connect together, offering the ultimate support and guidance, surrounded by pure feminine energy!

If you like what you are hearing, I would be so honoured to hold space for you to experience the transformative power of a women’s circle.

We meet the second Saturday of each month for an hour, starting at 4pm. This is an in-person event, hosted at my yoga studio @ The Barton Poughill, EX17 4LE.

I understand that each of our circumstances are different, so each spot is donation-based, with a suggested donation of £4. To highlight the importance of circles being completely accessible, there is no pressure.

New Year, New You? NOPE! New Year, Still You! 🥰

This year is the time to pay attention to 'you'. The unhealthy attitude that you need to recreate yourself in order to evolve and move forward is completely unattainable, and will cause you stress and disappointment if you don't achieve it.

In reality we are evolving all the time, not just at the beginning of the year. So, if you do want to start something new at this time, like yoga (hint, hint!), begin with the knowledge that the 'you' you are currently is still bloody brilliant. You just become even more amazing as you grow and learn from your experiences.

Yoga & mindfulness is the best tool I have come across to acknowledge this. As we study yoga, we learn to emphasise the best parts, whilst getting rid of the stuff that makes us miserable. Sounds good right?

Join me this year in giving yourself the positive practice of yoga. (All classes will be linked in my bio)

As always, on Mondays I teach 'Every Body Yoga' @ 6.30pm, a group class for every body, helping the mind & body to be happy!

I also teach Private Classes, great if you want to work on being the best you without other people there. DM me for more info.

I am also excited to begin a 6-week Beginner's Yoga Course starting on the 7th February! 🥳 Early Bird discounts are available!

Finally, I am starting a Women's Circle. 🥰 We will meet on the second Saturday each month, and it will be safe space to pause, share & reflect with a group of like-minded women. ALL women are welcome. ✊🏻 Starting 11th February.
