💜We’ve had such a wonderful few days of movement and fresh air! 💚
We were away on holiday last week and spent plenty of time walking and cycling it felt so good to be active, outdoors. Today we kept that momentum going with another 14km coastal walk here in beautiful South Devon. We walked 7km to meet my mum-in-law and sister-in-law for lunch, then walked the 7km back again!
Some parts were pretty steep, but the views, sea air and nature, and that sense of wellbeing made it all so worth it 🌿☀️
Getting outside and moving our bodies as often as we can isn’t just great for our physical health, it’s one of the best things we can do for our mental and emotional wellbeing too. Fresh air, natural light and gentle movement help balance our mood, calm the nervous system and boost energy levels.
So this is your gentle reminder to get out and move this weekend, even a short walk can make a world of difference 💜💚
