Today is "blue Monday" which is thought to be the most depressing day of the year. Did you know that exercise, as well as being good for us physically, it is also good for us mentally. Exercise is a natural mood booster, it lowers stress levels and improves energy levels. Any amount of exercise is better than nothing, but ideally we should be doing least 150 minutes of moderate exercise each week, that's just over 20 minutes a day. If you want to know more, look here:
