Clients driving to Lapford from Crediton direction, don’t be put off by the “road closed” signs, the A377 is closed after Lapford. For those visiting the clinic from the Barnstaple direction, there is a diversion in place via Chulmleigh and Chawleigh.

Clients visiting Physio Works with Green Massage Therapy this week, please note that the A377 between Lapford and Eggesford is closed. Access to Lapford from Exeter/ Crediton direction is not affected. If you’re coming from the Barnstaple direction then there is a diversion via Chulmleigh and Chawleigh. Watch out for potholes!

It's our last clinic day today before we finish for the Christmas holiday - but there's still plenty of time to buy gift vouchers for full or part payment for treatments including physiotherapy, massage or acupuncture. If you pay by Bank Transfer and are happy to receive the voucher by email, then we can issue them up to midday on Wednesday 24th December.

In all my years working as a physio in professional football I have never seen a goalie need to take a penalty (except when training of course!)

Don’t be put off by the signs! You can still access the Physio Works clinic in Lapford approaching from the A377. There is a diversion via Eastington if you are approaching from the north.

Today is "blue Monday" which is thought to be the most depressing day of the year. Did you know that exercise, as well as being good for us physically, it is also good for us mentally. Exercise is a natural mood booster, it lowers stress levels and improves energy levels. Any amount of exercise is better than nothing, but ideally we should be doing least 150 minutes of moderate exercise each week, that's just over 20 minutes a day.
