Nikki’s 2-Week to 3-Month Transformation

Nikki has shown incredible dedication and consistency throughout her journey, and the results from her 3-month review highlight just how much hard work she has put in.

At her 2-week check-in, Nikki was already off to a strong start — down 2.7kg, with reductions in body fat, visceral fat, and body measurements. She reported feeling good, and it was clear she had the motivation to keep pushing forward.
Now, at the 3-month mark, Nikki has absolutely excelled. She has achieved a fantastic 7.3kg weight loss, significantly reduced body fat and visceral fat, improved hydration levels, increased muscle mass, and dropped an impressive 46cm from her body measurements. Her metabolic age has also stayed on track, reflecting her improved overall health and wellbeing.

The difference between her 2-week and 3-month photos is a brilliant visual representation of her progress — she looks healthier, happier, and more confident.

Nick has made fantastic progress from his 2-week check-in to his 3-month review, and the results speak for themselves.

In the early stages, Nick had already started building momentum, showing a solid commitment to the process and reporting that he was feeling good. Even within those first couple of weeks, there were positive changes beginning to take shape.

Fast forward to 3 months, and the transformation is clear. Despite being unable to track full body composition metrics due to his pacemaker, Nick has achieved an impressive 12.3kg weight loss along with a significant reduction in body measurements. His consistency, effort, and adherence to the plan have clearly paid off.

Beyond the numbers, the visual difference and his overall presence highlight just how far he has come. He looks leaner, more confident, and healthier — a true reflection of the work he’s put in.

This is a great example of how progress isn’t always about having every metric available. Even with limitations, Nick has stayed focused and delivered outstanding results. A brilliant effort and well deserved progress.
