Winter Solstice Reflections
As we arrive at the Winter Solstice, the longest night and a turning point back towards the light. It feels like a gentle invitation to slow down, reflect, and honour where we are. This time of year can bring mixed emotions: relief, exhaustion, hope, grief, or quiet anticipation. All of it is welcome.
💛 Mental health reminder:
Rest is not something we earn – it’s something we need. Winter asks us to soften, to conserve energy, and to be compassionate with ourselves as we move through shorter days and longer nights.
🎄 Christmas closure:
I’ll be taking a short break over the Christmas period to rest and reset. Sessions will pause during this time, with replies resuming in the new year. Thank you for your understanding and for trusting me with your journeys this year.
✨ Looking ahead:
I’m really pleased to share that the new year will also bring a new therapy office – a fresh, calm space to support reflection, healing, and growth as the light returns. More details coming soon.
Wishing you a peaceful Solstice, gentle days over Christmas, and moments of warmth and connection wherever you can find them. 🌲🕯️
