I had the absolute pleasure of teaching some self defence techniques to a wonderful bunch of ladies at Autism Awareness in Widnes tonight.

This is the second time I have delivered sessions for them - always so welcoming and fun!

Hello!

We are holding another beginners women’s self defence session on 22nd November at the lockdown pub & kitchen in Runcorn.

These sessions are taught by me, qualified instructor with over 25 years karate experience competing at world and European level.

You won’t be taught fancy moves but reality based techniques. I work in conjunction with Cheshire police delivering sessions across Cheshire in schools and leisure centres to the general public.

The last session was so fun and all are welcome, no minimum fitness level required, easy to apply, effective self defence techniques to make you more confident.

🥋 4th in Europe! 🇪🇺✨

I’m so proud to share that I came 4th in Europe at the Karate European Championships in Latvia! 🇱🇻

Competing in the Veterans category continues to be an incredible journey, a true test of discipline, resilience, and love for the sport. I’m proud that I’m still pushing myself, proving that age is never a barrier to passion and performance. More than anything, I hope to be a role model for Thea, showing her that dedication and hard work can take you anywhere you set your mind to ❤️

A huge thank you to my amazing coach, 9th Dan, Sensei Paul Graham, for his unwavering support, guidance, and belief in me. I couldn’t have reached this level without his expertise and encouragement 🙏
